Very pleased to get an appt as soon as I did. I did not have any bad experiences, I would like to have had more time. I have a hearing problem, and am older , takes more time for me to digest what is being said.

Dr. Buchanan was attentive and answered my questions. She also recommended that I follow up with a dermatologist to take a closer look at mole she seemed a little concerned with.

Dr. Buchanan is great. She always treats me well and makes sure my questions and concerns are followed up. We often interact virtually via my charts. I always get a response either from her directly or from her medical assistants, which I really appreciate. Sometimes I have to follow up with an extra message but it's never a problem because my concerns are handled well.

She was courteous, listened attentively, answered my questions in a manner I could understand.

This visit was a referral for a follow up issue. The doctor listened to my concerns and I was advised she would be in contact with my results via portal and/or phone.

My care provider was professional, helpful, and very nice. I felt like I could comfortably tell her what was going on, and she addressed all the questions I asked her without giving me overwhelmingly long information. She was clear and gave me helpful advice.

Dr. Buchanan and the front office staff are always so kind and helpful! I've had to call the office for random questions regarding insurance, rescheduling, etc and they've always been incredibly kind and patient. Dr. Buchanan is a wonderful doctor who makes me feel safe and welcome!

I have always had a good experience when visiting any Providence office. The Doctors and staff have always treated me with respect and have always been friendly and informative.

This was my first time at this doctor. I walked in and had to fill out paper even though I completed the e check in. 3 different ladies sitting at the computers "helped" me. The first one was kind and welcoming the others a little cold and not inviting. After waiting awhile for the nurse to call, she didn't introduce herself to me and we went straight to the scale and blood pressure. I was nervous going to a new doctors office and didn't feel the warm welcome I was hoping for it being my first time. After waiting a little longer, my doctor came and introduced herself but didn't ask much about me. Just went off the paper of what was given. She wasn't very personable and truthfully I felt like she was judging me. She didn't take note or log onto the computer just did what I guess I came for. Which is good and I am glad but there was no empathy or compassion from her. She didn't give direct answers or encouragement. She was kind overall, just wish I was given a little more than just a patient for the day. I know providence is amazing and I am so glad to be there because of other personal, but my first experience today with the doctors and nurses was not welcoming or inviting. I know everyone has those days but I believe any care facility where patients are putting there trust in should be inviting and welcoming. Thank you for hearing me!
