She is the best doctor I've ever met.

My care provider felt like a very busy person. They kept to the schedule and made diagnoses without hesitation, but it seemed like they were rushing to see as many patients as possible. They spoke so quickly that I didn't feel cared for at all. I had switched hospitals because of distance and thought it was fortunate that I could match schedules with a new provider. But now I'm wondering if I should look for someone else instead.

Dr. Su was very patient, caring, considerate and thorough. I felt like she truly listened to me, she did not make assumptions, and she provided me with detailed information. She even showed me images to better help me understand.

Dr Su is the best. Always available, willing to listen and makes sure everything is answered. She is very accommodating despite always being fully booked. I feel like she truly cares and has walked with me through hard circumstances.

It was good in the sense that they showed me what was the actual size of what was found within my body. They gave me steps to avoid pain during menstruation cycle

Very thorough and responds fast. Very caring

The doctor seemed to be in a rush and did not take not take my questions and concerns seriously. The appointment lasted only five minutes and she seemed irritated by my questions and dismissed them. The office staff was not friendly. When they called my name, the woman did not even look up from her computer. She barely made eye contact with me the entire interaction.

The appointment almost seemed rushed. I felt like I wasn't able to go over everything I wanted to. I think I would have to make another appointment to discuss things in further detail. I left feeling not 100% sure about my decisions I made during appointment. The nurse was wonderful and helpful.

Dr.Su was wonderful, patient and answered all of my questions as a first time expectant mother. She gave both my husband and I enough time and did not make the appt to feel rushed. We were both pleased with our experience and can't wait to have Dr. Su be our OB for the rest of our pregnancy. Very knowledgeable and great bed side manner. Thank you!

I've been coming here for years for preventative care and every provider I've seen has been professional and helpful. The location is also great. Just wish it didn't take so long to get an appointment.

Dr. Su is great. I wish she still had a practice in Yorba Linda but I was happy that there was plenty of parking at her office.

The previous specialist I had before made me feel so uncomfortable and unheard that I thought something was wrong with me and how I felt about my diagnosis. My experience at my appointment was wonderful. The receptionists got me checked in right away and I was taken back early for my scheduled time. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Su is always amazing- attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. I always dread the appointment but she makes me feel comfortable and less stressed. I have already recommended her to both a friend and my mother. I will continue seeing her in any office she is at.

I felt very rushed. When asking questions about a "fibroid" that was felt I kept getting idk answers. It's alarming to be told that and not being able to ask questions. Especially when I have never had this. I had other questions but was referred back to my PCP when he referred me to a gynecologist for hormonal questions.

Great experience! Before my exam she asked if I had any questions or concerns, she was upfront and honest and answered questions throughly and took the time to explain upcoming lab work and future appointments if needed. She asked about family planning and a realistic timeline I had. I felt heard and feel confident in her ability to care for me.

Dr. Su is excellent, knowledgeable and kind. She handled our situation immediately (baby had no heartbeat at the ultrasound only appt) she sat with us for as long as I had questions. Gave me all the options and then had her scheduler handle everything for me. This is my 2nd loss the first another Dr was covering for her and Dr Su still sent me a message on MyChart with condolences and followed through until it was over. I trust her immensely and that is so important with an OB. Very grateful to be in her care.

Overall, good experience very nice and listened to my concerns and explained the details of new medication prescribed except did not go over the side effects from prescribing new medication to my current medications I'm taking until asked.

I hadn't seen Dr Su in over 10 years, but her care and compassion were just as top tier as I remember! She made me feel comfortable during my visit and explained everything she was doing thoroughly. I had some anxiety about my visit, but her demeanor and overall friendliness put me at ease. I'd love for her to be my primary provider again! WOULD absolutely recommend her!!
