I have never had a team of doctors that listen to me like all my Doctors at Providence.

I think Dr. Su is the best. She was patient in listening to what I had to say without making me feel rushed, though I know how busy she was. I find her very competent. The front desk employee and the patient care assistant who assisted were very kind and efficient as well. Thank you very much.

Dr. Su and her team have been so great. I recently transferred my OB care to her team and have no complaints. All my concerns were taken seriously and promptly addressed. I am trusting of their teams ability to help me and support my health needs.

I went to see this provider after a miscarriage. She didn't asked me how I was feeling or discuss any planning for future attempts. She did not acknowledge my husband in the room. After explaining I was abused as a child, her approach and manner did not change. She just kept "repeating what questions do you have?" I am not sure if this is normal behavior since this was my first visit, but I'd recommend working on her bedside manner and patient care. I will not be seeing this provider again.

Dr Su is friendly and professional. She makes a typically uncomfortable time quite normal for me.

I'm roughly 27 weeks pregnant. I understand monthly-to-biweekly appointments to check in on the baby and myself. However, when Dr. Su enters the treatment room to chat with me, I don't receive warmth, a smile, or a genuine cared-for feeling. She immediately starts her "this what is happening and what to expect at this time of pregnancy" spiel. I very much acknowledge her profession and medical knowledge. But, as happy as I am to have a healthy pregnancy and meet our first baby in 3 months, I don't get excited to meet with Dr. Su - and she will be the one delivering my baby (hopefully). Please keep my comments anonymous. Just thought I should share that her energy and presence should be warmer with mom-to-be as so much change is happening and coming. And her bringing warmth can cause a necessary peace and comfort to each appointment. The medical staff are so so wonderful - so smiley and warm and a pleasure to work with while taking blood pressure or ultrasound appts.

Felt comfortable and safe in this environment. I was treated with courtesy, respect and gentleness by the front office, nurses and doctor. The doctor was patient with my questions and helped me get referrals.

Dr. Johanna Su and her staffs are the best.

Dr. Su is the first GYN to offer more than just meds and supplements. She truly listened, offered multiple solutions, and laaowed me to be part of the decision making process. I truly appreciate her expertise and her understanding of women AFTER the birthing years are done and her willingness to dive in and help us.

The gal who checked me in (yellow eyeshadow) was so sweet and welcoming. The nurse who walked me back and took my blood pressure was also so kind and patient. I've been seeing Dr. Su for over 10 years, and I love going to her! The only thing is that she is all business and no time to chat at all.

I wish my PCP addressed my all my concerns and investigating if it relates to my primary reason for the visit. He was too focused on gathering information instead of actually addressing my concerns.

So far everyone has been very kind and professional on our behalf. We just wish Dr. Johanna Su was more chill. She just seems always serious which makes us feel uneasy at times. It makes us wonder if there's a serious concern or not. We asked her feedback on a personal matter and she didn't wish to participate in a simple survey as we're doing here. Doctors need to be more friendly like than always being too serious. Overall we know she's a great Doctor.
