Very quick appt. First time meeting Dr. Vieth she came in, I don't think she even introduced herself. Checked my cervix and was out of the room quickly. Little conversation on past medical history and goal of delivery. I normally see a different provider but she was booked and had to see Dr. Vieth but if we are expected to deliver with whoever is on call then we should be seeing different providers at our appts and gaining rapport and confidence in other providers.

I wasn't expecting a women's wellness exam today, but happily accepted the opportunity. Dr. Vieth is nice and knowledgeable I'm sure, but she seems very busy and her hands were very cold when she performed the breast examination on me.

First impression wasn't great. She immediately touched a sensitive subject that was not very professional.

First time visit. Routine well check. Doctor was kind, listened to my concerns. She was considerate. Explained what she was doing.

The provider only spent under 5 minutes in the room with me so I felt very rushed and could not discuss concerns with her.

At this time and based on my latest appointment with Dr. Vieth, I am satisfied with my office experience.

I wanted to discuss menopause symptoms and possible hormone replacement therapy. The appointment was very fast and there was no opportunity for any real conversation. Her quick answer to me was that we could discuss it after I have gone 365 days without menstruation and then she left the room. There are many symptoms (mild to severe) that women face leading up to a full year without menstruation and I was hoping to receive some counseling our guidance as to how to navigate the next phase, but this type of conversation did not take place. For a patient in my age bracket, the well woman check ups should automatically address perimenopausal symptoms, and not just a quick pap smear.

My doctor was very professional and took time to listen to my concerns, this was my first time with this provider because I was unhappy with the one I had so I changed providers and it was a good decision.

Dr. Veith is a delight, I love her work and it's very easy to express my concerns to her and get them taken care of.

Dr. Vieth is very professional, caring abs attentive the my health needs. She takes time to talk to me and listens to my concern.

My husband and I met with Dr. Vieth after an ultrasound showed that I was miscarrying. Dr. Vieth was very clear to explain the ultrasound results and options for next steps, and she answered all of my questions clearly. However, I felt that her directness about all the medical steps did not provide any compassionate understanding of the gravity of the news that she was delivering. There was no moment to take in the news or no compassionate sentiment given. Though I did not expect a doctor to be our counselor in that moment, I still had hoped to experience compassion and understanding that the news would affect us emotionally and we might need a moment before jumping in to talk about next steps in the miscarriage process. Dr. Vieth provided all the medical information we needed, but we would have appreciated being shown empathy and compassion when receiving such difficult news.

Dr. Vieth was prompt and professional with a welcoming smile.

I was very apprehensive of coming in for this appointment but the provider was extremely patient with me and walked me through the check up step by step and even accommodated my requests of having my spouse in the room with me and allowing me to take a few extra moments to collect myself when I needed them.

She always listens to my concerns and cares for my health, even if I do not see her every year.

I felt very rushed. This was a normal check up but my first time there and would have liked to really have all my questions and concerns heard.

When I called to make the appointment, the person I spoke with insisted I make a separate appointment for a well women check. When I got to the office, I was very pleased when I was taken to the exam room and asked if I would like this appointment to also include my well woman check. I really appreciated not having to come in for a second appointment and being able to include it the same day. Anything that can be done to these time saving is very much appreciated. I also appreciated the ease with check-in and the short wait time. I love not having to stand in a line

Time together was brief as she seemed to be very busy, but she was kind and professional and answered the question I had. The office staff was friendly and the wait was very brief.

Love how knowledgeable, thorough, Dr Robyn is and how she explains it all to me! How she makes me feel comfortable asking questions. She and the staff are professional, friendly, patient, and takes their time! Clean facilities too!

During the visit for procedure today, the overall experience felt very impersonal. There visit felt very rushed and there was minimal interaction with the physician. She did not go over any symptoms or concerns to be aware of after the procedure. I was disappointed in the overall experience, especially since I am a caregiver myself.
