Dr Chang was very thorough and took his time to listen to all my concerns and he was attentive and made eye contact.

I was disappointed with my recent gynecologist visit, as my expectations were not met and the appointment felt incomplete. Preventive care is essential, and annual exams play an important role in early detection, including cancer prevention. Unfortunately, this level of care was lacking during my visit. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and thoroughness of future patient care.

Dr Chang was very nice and helpful.

Dr Chang listens to my health concerns and responds with solutions or tests to ascertain causes for the symptoms I describe. He always follows up promptly with a call or message on the results of any tests and explains their significance.

Dr Chang was amazing! He had an emergency surgery at the time of my appointment and he personally called me that morning to reschedule which I thought was very nice, most doctors won't do that. He's very nice and knowledgeable. Feel very confident having him manage my pregnancy.

For being a first time at this provider it was very easy and helpful and enjoyed the process

Have not had such a horrible experience with a male gynecologist . He was in and out of exam room in 5 minutes and he was rolling his eyes at me and showing his impatience when I was explaining the reason for my visit. He made me so uncomfortable that I forgot to ask about a very important issue that required evaluation. He should not touch a patient when he feels he is entitled to show that his time is more valuable than treating patients with integrity. Patients are not a file and a dollar bill to be treated like an object. He did not even asked about my past medical history or even bother to look at it. I guess he has mixed up a doctor's office with a fast food restaurant and expects to throw the patients out of the exam room in 5 minutes.

My first visit. Very impressed with the staff up front Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nurse and doctor also impressive and helpful. Already told some friends about what a great place to go to.

I was well taken care of and would highly recommend this provider to a family or friend. It was by far the best experience I've had at a medical office.

I need to reschedule. They got me right in. They were able to refill my prescriptions to my Pap smear. Give me a lab work order and a mammogram order.

This is by far the best office I've been too. Everyone is positive, helpful, and caring.

Doctor is a good communicator, listens, asks and answers questions effectively.

Dr Cheng seems very shy and he rarely makes eye contact. As a menopausal woman seeking guidance In this new chapter, I find I have to come to him with questions about my care and he will answer them. I would like to hear more from him as a medical expert in his field. Perhaps he is not the best fit for me at this stage of life.
