Great doctor! Answered all my questions and provided solutions

I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Dr did not have my medical records when she went in the room. It was my first time seeing her for my annual exam.

I saw Dr. Surti during my last pregnancy and was very happy to select her again to care for me this pregnancy. She is very kind and easy-going. She encouraged and supported my decision to have a VBAC, which was successful! Thank you Dr. Surti.

Although scheduling this appointment took longer than I would have liked, my visit with Dr. Surti was excellent. I believe she is in high demand for her professionalism and knowledge. She always makes me feel she really cares and has great bedside manner.

The visitation with Dr. Suri was very professional and supportive. I would definitely recommend her to other Facey members of her service. The appointment delay of an ultrasound was a concern because when someone is told the possibility of cancer, I would think the Ultrasound would be scheduled sooner and approved by the insurance and provider. I had to wait almost 3 months for an ultrasound.

Dr. Surti was exceptional! She really listened to my concerns and took the time to make a plan with me. Wonderful care!

I love my doctors at the Santa Clarita office and the Mission Hills office. Both doctors and receptionists were nice and informative. Some other offices where I would visit or inquire about treatment would seem frustrated or annoyed at me just asking questions and made me feel not safe as a patient.
