I cannot recommend Inna highly enough. As an OB/GYN nurse practitioner, she has been exceptional in every way. From the moment I walked into the office, she made me feel completely at ease, listened carefully without rushing, and explained everything in clear, straightforward language. Her clinical knowledge is outstanding, and she combines that expertise with genuine compassion and respect.What stands out most is how thorough and attentive she is. She takes the time to answer every question, addresses concerns thoughtfully, and makes sure I feel informed and supported in my care decisions. Whether discussing routine care, specific symptoms, or next steps, Inna is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt very comfortable with Inna Berdichevsky. Some OBGYN procedures can make you feel very shy and vulnerable. She was very kind and aware of how she acted and spoke with me. She explained everything as she went through the procedure in such a way that it felt me feel at ease. I appreciated that very much.

She's very thorough and kind. She's always prompt and answers my questions on a good timely basis.

Growing up with parents in the medical field I can spot fantastic care providers right away. With that said I usually don't trust new care providers away based on some past experiences. However I found Inna, her nursing practitioner student and her care team to be fabulous. They are all very attentive, active listeners, and just overall fantastic at care and explaining medial advice. I would definitely recommend In an and her team any time. If I am unable to see my main care providers my next question will always be "is Inna available?" I'm hard to impress right away but Inna and her team were fantastic

I am extremely satisfied with Dr BERDICHEVSKY. I'm my 30 + years that I have been a patient at Facey Medical, I can say she is the best NP I've had. She was very thorough and extremely helpful. Very dedicated to her patients. She listened very carefully to my concerns and I felt very comfortable with her.

Inna is amazing. I live much closer to a different Facey location yet I choose to travel to Mission Hills so I can see her. I have been seeing her for 10 plus years and I've never had nothing short of a perfect experience. She is thorough and comforting for any concerns and I trust her completely with my care.

I really liked her. She was very patient She explained what was going on. And advised me what I haf to do.

Nurse Inna took her time to called me back on Thursday at 6:30 pm to provide me with my results I took at the Radiology department. She was very clear and advice me that she was going to follow up with the Dr should there be a problem with my procedure. It's was very kind of her show me her concerns over my health. My gyn retired after I last saw him. I generally do well women & pap every other year. When calling to schedule and get a new provider the first available was approximately 3 months out. Them 1 week prior to my appointment I received a call to reschedule because the provider would be out of office - the next available appointment (with a different provider) was another month out.My appointment with Inna went fine. She was professional but friendly. She was very easy to talk to and provided clear explanations.

Great care and attention to my concerns, made me feel comfortable and heard.

I find this provider to be warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. She listens and she follows up. The only downside to not having a doctor provide these services is that there was a prescription I wanted that she couldn't get for me because she isn't a doctor, but she gave me an alternative and offered to help me schedule with a doctor if I still feel I want that prescription later.

She was very kind, made me feel heard and I appreciated her knowledge.
