Everything about this appointment was positive. J. Decker is wonderful and made me feel very comfortable.

Except for waiting long time on phone and usually in waiting area, I have been very satisfied with Facey.

The doctor was very informative and listened to my concerns. She was great

I came in to see Decker hoping to get guidance and support in managing symptoms related to pre-menopause. However, the visit left me feeling more confused and frustrated. She seemed unprepared and mentioned she didn't have access to my medical records. When I shared my health concerns, they were quickly brushed off as "common," and I was told that no diagnosis could be made. The only advice I received was to reach out again if I experienced heavy bleeding.I was really hoping for more direction on how to manage this stage of my health. Instead, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and unsure of what to do next.

NP Decker and her assistants have excellent bedside manner. I was nervous about the procedures I needed to get done and they tried their best to keep me calm, informed, and comforted. I appreciate their effort and would recommend their office to other women as well. The only issues I have with Facey are the long wait times for an appointment but I know that's out of their control.

Decker was awesome! I loved how she really spent her time with me and didn't seem like she was in a rush like I usually experience with other doctors. I have never had a visit like this before, It was very positivie. She made me feel comfortable and made me feel heard. I will definitely schedule all my gynecology appointments with her.

21 years of great service

The provider was very good in trying to do what she could. It was a challenging situation. As her sister who has cared for her for many years and knows and loved ves her, I think what I offer providers is important information and I listen to information providers give me with respect. Not everyone falls into neat categories in this world and that is ok. I appreciate when people understand this. My sister has Down Syndrome.

Condescending and rude, presumptuous and degrading. Did not explain things at all. Made to feel bad about not knowing certain facts.

She is very understanding and really listens to my concerns. That is a welcome change from a previous provider that I had who was dismissive.I think the office doesn't give her enough time for appointments because she is thorough and listens which takes more time
