Dr Figueroa was very robotic. She wasn't very friendly or warm. It felt very rehearsed and sounded like she was reciting a script the whole time. She wasn't very friendly but she professional and respectful, it just felt like she was going through the motions and saying what needed to be said to complete the task she had in front of her. Felt a bit rushed too.

I came to see Dr. Figueroa for menopause symptoms, and I left feeling so heard, valued, and cared for. Before meeting with her, I had sort of lost hope that I might receive care to help me feel better. She was kind, warm, focused on me and my needs and very clear in what she could do and how I might be helped. I left with a whole game plan that we set up together and prescriptions to help meet my needs. When I called to set up the appointment I didn't know any of the OB/GYNs on staff, I just asked for the first available doctor. I feel like the universe gave me a gift that she was the one I was lucky enough to get an appointment with.
