Dr. Bignami seems to be over booked and is difficult to change or adjust appointment times. In my last appointment with Dr. Bignami, I waited close to 2 hours to see her and felt like the consult was very rushed where she and her staff did not go over the labs and information needed. I had to keep going back to staff for information on my next labs . Other than the time restriction and scheduling problems, Dr. Bignami is very kind and personable, her staff is always professional and I don't have any complaints with their professionalism and personal interactions.

What I notice Is that she doesn't read my file before coming in to see me. I'm almost 6 months pregnant and she asked me if it was a boy or aGirl when that information is on my file. Before she had asked who was my ob.. Kind of weird to see that

Provider was very friendly and easy to talk with. I felt very comfortable asking all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my concerns and questions.

I wish she offered me different options. It was clear that the provider did not read my prior medical records. I felt like I spent more time waiting than I did in the actual visit with her. She should perhaps educate herself on what patient centered care looks like. Her language and demeanor made me feel like this was an unnecessary visit and a waste of her time:

Amber was wonderful! It was my first visit with her and she was really great.

Amber really helped me in a somewhat difficult time. I called the office late in the day needing advice and she agreed to see me early the following morning before a procedure. They fit me in quickly to accommodate a tight schedule. She listened to my concerns and believed what I had to say. She was very thorough and had another provider double check as well. In doing so she spared me from having an unnecessary procedure which I am very thankful for. She also followed up with me the following week regarding bloodwork. I am very appreciative of the great care.

Amber Lewis was amazing! She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and for the one question she didn't know the answer to. She found out and called me later that day! Hope to have her again in the future

I went in to get an IUD. Amber took her time with me. I felt heard, acknowledged, and understood. She was very helpful, knowledgable, and personable. I appreciated Amber talking through everything that she was going to do. It helped ease my worries about the IUD. I would recommend Amber to anyone!
