Overall, I had a very positive experience with Amber. She took the time to answer all of my questions during a stressful and worrisome time for both my husband and me. I left my appointment feeling reassured, supported, and truly grateful to have been seen.

Amber is amazing, this is my second pregnancy getting care with her and she is the best!

Dr. Bignami seems to be over booked and is difficult to change or adjust appointment times. In my last appointment with Dr. Bignami, I waited close to 2 hours to see her and felt like the consult was very rushed where she and her staff did not go over the labs and information needed. I had to keep going back to staff for information on my next labs . Other than the time restriction and scheduling problems, Dr. Bignami is very kind and personable, her staff is always professional and I don't have any complaints with their professionalism and personal interactions.

What I notice Is that she doesn't read my file before coming in to see me. I'm almost 6 months pregnant and she asked me if it was a boy or aGirl when that information is on my file. Before she had asked who was my ob.. Kind of weird to see that

I wish she offered me different options. It was clear that the provider did not read my prior medical records. I felt like I spent more time waiting than I did in the actual visit with her. She should perhaps educate herself on what patient centered care looks like. Her language and demeanor made me feel like this was an unnecessary visit and a waste of her time:
