Audrey was wonderful, very caring and professional.

It was a good experience like always.

The only negatives were the parking fee and the mix-up with my pharmacy and delay in getting my prescription in. The positives include all staff friendliness and efficiency and Audrey's professionalism, preparedness and thoroughness.

I have been very pleased with all the care I have received with Providence. I am almost 68 years old. In my lifetime I have had unpleasant and difficulty with male providers. I am pleased with the care all of the female providers I have seen with Providence. I was my mother's caretaker for many years. I have unpleasant memories of the dismissive manner her male Doctors displayed to her. Fortunately over the years we have more female Doctors and Physician Assistants. Women need medical help from women that understand personally a women's body. I changed all of my mom's doctors to female doctors and her health improved. Thank you for supplying Women Physician and PAs. That's why I continue with Providence. PS You might need to hire more female Gynecologist and PAs.

I love Audrey! She did almost all my prenatal check ups when I was [ID] too and is always so personable and remembers what's been going on to deliver amazing care 6+years knowing her and more to come!

She didn't appear to know or ask about my medical history. She didn't appear to address any other issues that I felt should be addressed (medication and results). The medication could have been something that might have prevented this from occurring if she'd asked. So far, no one has called me back with my lab results when clearly the culture came back for bacteria present and I've had this UTI since [date]. You would think they would have at least gotten to it this morning as the results came in over the weekend. I understand why they didn't want to treat the UTI on Thursday, perhaps thinking it was "bladder trauma" without asking questions as to if there was bladder trauma, but by now, someone should have called telling me, "Hey, you were right, you do have a UTI. It has been two weeks, I'll go ahead and call in some medication so it doesn't spread to your kidneys."

The diagnoses I was given is not one to give someone loosely. As a young adult I was not expecting my diagnoses so it was very hard to hear it. She wasn't the most sympathetic and barely explained treatment or even what I can do to be proactive with my new diagnoses. I just wish she had better explained it to me.
