First time to meet Dr. Shruti R. Dasgupta and she did my woman's wellness for pap smear. She was very patient and accomodating on my needs. She explained everything that she finds . All in all I think things went well.

She was over an hour late with no remorse for my time. Did not listen to my concerns, cold, did not ask about my history or my current status. It was a horrible experience

SHE WAS SO SWEET!!! This was my first ever Pap smear, and I was super nervous and crying most of the time.! She was so gentle and truly made me comfortable. The nurse was also THE BEST and stayed with me to hold my hand!

Excellent service doctor and staff very friendly made me feel like I belonged there. Front office ladies smiled asked me how my day was. I was given some forms from the front office receptionist and mention to me that if there was anything I did not understand on the forms. Let her know and she can explain the question. Back office caregiver very nice smiled at the door asked me how my day was guided me to the room I would be seeing the doctor went over the forms with me. She also went over my medication list. Doctor came in within 5 minutes went over my history on my chart and the reason I was there explained to me what can be done and once test is done. Her staff will reach out to me very professional both doctor and caregiver. Thank You

I liked the office staff and the ease of making the appt, wait time, location and convenience. I did not think this doctor addressed my needs and the pain I am experiencing. She seemed rushed to get out of there and didn't tell me anything I didn't already know nor gave me options to manage my pain.

This provider tried to rush me to leave she had a hard time listening to my concern.

I went in for a Pap smear. I am 65. Dr answered questions about my need for further Pap smears, explainef folllow up of needed. She's got a great "bed side manner", explained what she was doing during her exam. She's easy to talk with and in fact is just wonderful. I would recommend her to any young woman looking for a new gyno because she is that great!!!
