About Helene M. Spivak
Helene Spivak is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist having started her practice in Sonoma County in Rohnert Park and Petaluma in 1989 and remaining in practice for nearly 20 years. She then joined Kaiser in Petaluma and worked there for 13 years, then recently joined Providence medical group in June 2022. She went to college at the University of California San Diego, then went to medical school at Loyola University in Chicago, then did her residency training in OB/GYN in San Francisco. In her spare time she loves to travel, snow ski, bicycle both road and mountain, read, and eat delicious fresh Sonoma County food. She has 3 children and 3 dogs. She also enjoys RV camping and hiking.

I have not had good experiences with Providence OBGYN and had been considering leaving the practice for my care in this area. I was SO pleased with the office staff and the provider at this appointment. Dr Spivak is now the only person in that office that I want to see.
