It was the first time meeting with her. She addressed all of my concerns. She provided me with options and provided me options for my health care.

My previous OBGYN at another practice retired so this was my first time seeing Dr. Kleinman. She was kind, attentive, took her time, asked me a lot of questions and listened to all my concerns. It was an appointment for my annual exam as well as to establish new patient/provider relationship. I am extremely happy with her and the facility in Tarzana. I couldn't have asked for a better provider.

First time seeing the doctor and I really liked her

I've always seen only one OB/GYN doctor for the last 30 years. It was my first time to meet Dr. Kleinman and she made me feel comfortable. For this kind of patient visit (pap smear), that was very important for me. She was also very patient and easy to speak with. I would have her see my 24 year old daughter as well.

I've seen many OBGYNs at this facility and this doctor might just be one of my favorite ones so far. She explained everything so thoroughly and answered all my questions and was overall a pleasant and very nice person.

The director didn't have vaginal ultrasound in the room , which prevents me to receive the right treatment and delayed my treatment. The doctor was very nice but couldn't do much

So far, since It was my first time to visit an OBGYN, I haven't had any bad experience related to my care provider. I didn't expect Dr. Kleinman to be a 10/10 doctor, because at first I thought she's too young to be an OBGYN to handle my concerns. But I was wrong, and she really took care, gently, on how she did pap smear and some other tests.
