Dr Figeroia was amazing

Dr. Figueroa is great. No complaints.

You have taken care of me medically very well for many years.

This is not my normal provider I see but I had an urgent issue and this provider was open and available to help me. This provider is very professional, nice and knowledgeable. On top.of that she showed compassion for my medical issue and took care.of me right away.

All the providers and staff have been very kind and helpful.

This was the first time seeing this provider, she was very compassionate, very kind and professional. I will continue to see this doctor.

Dr Figueroa was very robotic. She wasn't very friendly or warm. It felt very rehearsed and sounded like she was reciting a script the whole time. She wasn't very friendly but she professional and respectful, it just felt like she was going through the motions and saying what needed to be said to complete the task she had in front of her. Felt a bit rushed too.

IN THE PAST I HAVE AVOIDED DOCTORS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Lizzette A Figueroa-Diaz MADE ME VERY COMFORTABLE, SEE AND HEARD.

The doctor is very patient and answered all my questions as needed.

Dr. Figueroa is kind and attentive. She's up-to-date on the latest recommendations for her specialty and explains them clearly.

I came to see Dr. Figueroa for menopause symptoms, and I left feeling so heard, valued, and cared for. Before meeting with her, I had sort of lost hope that I might receive care to help me feel better. She was kind, warm, focused on me and my needs and very clear in what she could do and how I might be helped. I left with a whole game plan that we set up together and prescriptions to help meet my needs. When I called to set up the appointment I didn't know any of the OB/GYNs on staff, I just asked for the first available doctor. I feel like the universe gave me a gift that she was the one I was lucky enough to get an appointment with.

The doctor was very understanding and compassionate to my health situation. I am glad I was able to meet with her and she was able to explain everything in details.

Dr. Figueroa took the time to listen to my question and concerns and gave me feedback and explained in detail the whys behind my questions. She also explained the test results from the specialist and gave some piece of mind to all my fears.

I was comfortable talking to my care provider, Lizzette A Figueroa-Diaz. She was very helpful in explaining the best treatment for me.

He was very informative and very friendly. It was an overall Great experience.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Figueroa. It was my 1st appointment and very pleased with the service she provided to me. I would definitely continue my visits with her.
