Dr Tsai has amazing bedside manner and made me feel comfortable in such an uncertain time, her team responded to me within the hour I sent my message and I was seen soon after checking in. I was able to get my bloodwork done in office with their awesome phlebotomy team. And checked out with the receptionist who was polite and always kind. Overall I've only had the best care and experiences with Dr Tsai and her team.

This visit was excellent. Very speedy and kind. I only would hesitate to recommend based on some past experiences with wait times

Dr. Tsai is an exceptional gynecologist and surgeon. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made both me and my family feel seen and heard, which meant so much to us during a stressful time.Before the surgery, Dr. Tsai took the time to thoroughly explain all of the surgical options, ensuring I understood everything and felt comfortable moving forward. After the surgery, she personally came to the waiting room to let my daughters know that everything had gone very well. That moment gave my daughters peace of mind and truly showed how much she cares about her patients and their families.At the two post-surgery follow-up appointments, Dr. Tsai never rushed. She carefully checked me and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. I have another follow-up scheduled in a year, which reflects how thorough and committed she is to her patients' long-term care.This entire experience has been extremely positive. I wish more doctors were like Dr. Tsai. She truly goes above and beyond, and her warmth and compassion make a world of difference especially when surgery is involved. I am very grateful to have had her as my doctor.
