Dr. Chu is intelligent, caring, efficient and has a great bedside manner. She answered all my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and knew how to make me feel comfortable as her patient.

Dr. Chu is excellent! She is upbeat &warm, takes time to listen to my concerns, explains well and even brings helpful visual aids! I recently referred my young adult daughter to Dr. Chu because I felt my daughter would be comfortable sharing any private concerns and at ease during her first and future physical exams as needed.

I had to wait a few months for this appointment, but Dr. Chu was worth the wait. I had a pleasant experience from the time I entered the office. Dr. Chu was kind and knowledgeable. I had a really great experience at this Providence clinic compared to others I have visited. The wait time was extremely minimal to see both the nurse and doctor and I felt listened to and well taken care of.

I was a bit nervous coming into this appointment as it was my first time receiving care through providence. But Dr. Chi did a great job at making me feel comfortable and heard. All my questions and concerns were answered and I felt well informed after leaving that appointment.
