Dr. Elise Abicht is excited to join the Providence St. Patrick’s Hospital team, where she provides full-spectrum gynecologic care to women across all stages of life. She is a board-certified gynecologist with over 15 years of clinical experience, dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered women’s healthcare. Dr. Abicht specializes in minimally invasive surgical techniques, offering advanced laparoscopic and other evidence-based approaches designed to reduce recovery time and optimize outcomes. She also has a special clinical focus on menopause care, helping women navigate this important life stage with personalized treatment plans that address both symptom management and long-term health. She is committed to partnering with her patients through shared decision-making, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in their care. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Abicht brings a strong background in academic medicine. She has prior experience being actively involved in training the next generation of physicians through surgical simulation education for residents and teaching gynecologic ultrasound. Her passion for education reflects her commitment to advancing women’s health and improving the quality of care. Outside of work, Dr. Abicht enjoys spending time outdoors running, hiking and other adventures with her family.
