Brandi J. Spence, MD

Dr. Brandi Spence is an OB/GYN physician who provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care with a focus on communication and shared decision-making. A native of small-town Oregon, she values continuity of care and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and families. Her own pregnancy experiences influence her commitment to ensuring patients feel informed and confident in their decisions. Her clinical work includes full-spectrum obstetric care and management of complications such as gestational diabetes and hypertensive disorders. In gynecology, she cares for patients with abnormal bleeding, polycystic ovary syndrome, contraception needs, early fertility concerns, and menopause symptoms, including hormone therapy. Dr. Spence is committed to community health and serves on the Yamhill County Board of Health. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, knitting, home renovation projects, and caring for her family’s goats and chickens.
