Emily J. Rangel, MD

Dr. Emily Rangel is a board-certified OB/GYN whose practice includes the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care. She completed medical school and residency at the University of Kansas, where she earned recognition for her work in laparoscopic surgery and clinical research. Before relocating to Portland, she practiced in Corvallis, Oregon, where she was honored as a Top Doctor by the “Top of the Valley Awards.” Dr. Rangel values building strong patient relationships and takes time to understand each person’s goals and health priorities. She provides preventive care, management of gynecologic conditions, and full-scope obstetric care, including support for both routine and medically complex pregnancies. She is committed to partnering with patients and advocating for their needs. Outside the clinic, Dr. Rangel enjoys reading, hiking, travel, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, three sons, and their dog, Sully.
