Dr. Hechtman is fantastic. She knows my history before coming in and is comprehensive with whole patient care. Always explains treatment plans and allows for shared decision making.

Dr Hechtman is the best! There is no other provider I would trust in Spokane to deliver my babies. If your looking for compassion, understanding, and respect you will find it with her.

Jody is a very caring and understanding doctor. I'd recommend her to any of my friends and family. She takes the time to help me understand the needs I have professionally as I'm also working in a different part of the medical field. She's wonderful.

I had to reschedule my appointment and the office was nice and helpful with rescheduling. I also had a 2 and half hour wait between my ultrasound and physician vist. The physician and her team where amazing and got me in early so I didn't have to wait and helped my vist go quick and fast.

Dr Heckman is a top Dr. And she is wonderful. She takes time with her patients , makes sure they understand everything and goes out of her way to check on patients as needed. I appreciate her VERY much!

Very good care

Listens and answers all questions. Makes sure I understand my treatment and evaluation options.

The same receptionists had helped me for both of my appointments and she is extremely welcoming, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. She's starts my appointment off great. Dr. Hectman was great at my appointment and I thought her bedside manner and timeliness has improved significantly. She was friendly, personable and explained the answer to my questions without being condescending or rude and made clear she didn't want to pressure any care.

My only issue with this provider is the lack of support communication via email. I sent her an email months ago that she did not respond to as well as last week. She is a great provider when I have visits however.

The staff was exceptional except the Doctor. A new client,Dr.Hatchman was not prepared and had not even read my records before the appointment she said they're probably on her desk in the stack. It was my first visit and my last visit. Refer to another Doctor. My questions were not answered because she was not prepared. It was a waste of my time.She did not do an exam -nothing, she did recommend a biopsy that day I was not prepared because I had to go back to work. The last biopsy I had was extremely painful and cramped for twelve hours. If in advance I was notified that we were going to do a biopsie. I would of have done it then and planned not going back to work. Doctor Hatchman did talk about the results of my last ultrasound.

Jody Hechtman was great! She was nice, explained everything, answered all my questions and concerns. She didn't make me feel like we needed to rush my visit.

From the very beginning, I have always had a very positive experience with my care provider. Everyone I encountered-from the reception area, medical assistant, and phlebotomist, to my provider, Dr. Hetchman-was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. I felt heard and respected throughout each visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I was always given the opportunity to understand my options. The care I received felt personalized and thorough, and I always left feeling reassured and well taken care of. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown to me by the entire team.

Dr Hechtman has been an amazing provider for 2 of my pregnancies. I am lucky to have found her as my OB Doctor. She is caring and understanding and very knowledgeable of her job
