Very good
Providence Patient
I wish she showed interest in my health, she is the professional and I would have loved to know where the baby's position was, if I had a healthy weight, what I can expect moving into the following weeks of my pregnancy, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Maybe she is inexperienced with pregnant women. It was disappointing to say the least.

I have been coming to this office for over a decade and have always felt well cared for until my visit w Nicoya on [Date]. First and foremost- she did not have a name tag identifying herself and position. After she introduced herself, the first thing she said to me was "You get too many PAP smears'. I was shocked- how could a new care giver say that w/o looking at my chart and health history? I was immediately put on the defensive-I have been getting pap's since I was 21 years old and this was the most unpleasant experience. She did not examine my genitalia and asked if I wanted my breasts examined. Isn't that part of the annual exam? I discussed my family history w cancer. I made it very clear that I will get a PAP every year. Nicoya told me that my mom's breast cancer is not hereditary, nor is my cousins uterine cancer. I do not appreciate being gaslighted while I'm sitting on an exam table half naked. I want to feel supported and cared for by my physician. I did not feel like that after my appointment on [Date] Thanks.

Nicoya called on a saturday to go over some concerning test results which I was very thankful for. She goes above and beyond for her patients and treats all my questions with respect and concern.

Excellent OBGYN. She also had a student with her who was very respectful. Wait time in waiting room was at least 20 min and in the exam room another 20-30 mins. Too long of a wait is my only complaint.
