About Neal D. Curtis
Dr. Neal Curtis, Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, was born in Texas and raised in Utah. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah before heading out to the Midwest to attend dental school. After four years of dental school at he University of Iowa, he received his doctorate of dental surgery degree. Dr. Curtis and his family then traveled south to Memphis, Tennessee in order for him to complete a four year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Tennessee. Following residency training, he was very exited to bring his family to the beautiful Northwest to practice as an oral surgeon. He has special expertise in wisdom tooth surgery, dental implants, bone and soft tissue grafting, and minimally invasive facial cosmetic procedures. He also finds great satisfaction in performing facial reconstructive surgery whether as a result of developmental conditions or even trauma. When he is not in the office you will most likely find him outside participating in one of his many favorite outdoor activities. He really enjoys mountain biking, water sports, fishing, and snow skiing. The abundance of opportunities for outdoor sports as well as the unprecedented beauty of the inland northwest has made this a perfect home for Dr. Curtis, his wife Rebecca, and their four children. After seven short years in Spokane, they are convinced they couldn’t have found a better place to call home.
