As always Bill Heartman is exceptional in his care for me.

Dr Hartman took time to show me what was happening with my back so I could understand how to prevent problems from reoccurring. He explained how to care for my current back pain and gave me information to strengthen my back.

Bill Hartman was familiar with the past surgical history of my right knee, and reviewed the Xrays I recently had for knee pain. He gave me exercise instructions and advice how to manage my knee pain as my arthritis is not sufficient to warrant knee replacement or other interventions at this time.

It was convenient and reassuring to have soemonelike Mr. Hartman to address my injuries and teatment.

Dr Hartman seemed very knowledgeable and understanding. He listened carefully to what I had to say though I had the impression he was in a hurry. It took a couple tries to get the appointment over the phone as we were disconnected a couple of times during the conversations.

It is difficult to get into your primary care physician. Most of the time they are booked out for a long period of time. However the physician I seen was very knowledgeable and provided adequate care.
