Bryce N. Clinger, MD

Dr. Bryce Clinger is a fellowship trained Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon specializing in shoulder, hip and knee injuries. Following his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYU-I), he attended medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical school honor society. Dr. Clinger than completed Orthopedic Residency at the University of New Mexico where he obtained vast experience with orthopedic trauma and multi-ligament knee injuries and was also awarded with the outstanding resident research award and top chief resident educator award. He then went on and completed an Orthopedic Surgery Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Virginia where he learned arthroscopic and open surgery techniques from the foremost leaders in the field. During that time, he provided team coverage to the University of Virginia and James Madison University. Dr. Clinger has published numerous journals articles, written book chapters and is a peer reviewer in the field of Orthopedic Sports Medicine. Dr. Clinger approaches patient care as personalized care for every patient, helping them understand their condition and possible treatment, that includes non-surgical and surgical options. He takes the time to listen and values every encounter with his patients.
