Ms Wong was there to go over my upcoming surgery. She answered all my questions and gave me advise on what to expect. OSS has handled all other of my questions and I have been a patient with them for over 4 years after my knee surgery. I'm very happy with OSS.

Excellent appointment

I visited Dr. Wong for my left knee pain. She was very kind and helpful. My complaint about my visit she offered a Cortizone shot in my knee, but she did not tell me that would mess up my blood sugar and it went to 400 and it really scared me. I called my diabetes doctor and he prescribed insulin to lower it which it did but not where it was before my orthopedic appointment. In the future, please let patients know it will affect their diabetes before you inject them with medicine. Thank you so much.

Katie Wong was extremely helpful when I saw her and said I was having pains that didn't relate to my knee replacement surgery and recovery. She ordered back xrays and discovered my 3rd and 4th vertebrae were bone on bone and some of my exercises may have triggered pain in that area. I will be seeing a pain management doctor for further evaluation.

This was a pre-op visit with my surgeon's physicians assistant to prepare me for a total knee replacement surgery schedule for this week. PA Wong was clearly very knowledgeable about what the surgery involves, and made me feel very calm and prepared for what lies ahead, both in the surgery and the recovery period to follow. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all thoroughly and with respect and patience. It could not have gone better.

I was kept waiting more than one hour after my appointment time to see the provider. She was very knowledgeable and thorough once I finally saw her. Office staff was nice. Trying to phone in for appointments has a long wait time (20-30 minutes!)
