She was very thorough and seemed to care very much about my situation. He was very open and honest about everything. I was very surprised at how warm and welcoming she was she didn't discredit anything I had to say or any of my feelings she took everything I said and validated my feelings I recommend her highly. It was the first time since my accident 2 1/2 years ago that I actually felt like I was in good hands and not just feeling like I'm a number on a clipboard.

This survey content is not closely related to the named visit. This was a pre-op visit. It went quite well and was short in duration due to the nature of the visit and the supportive information provided in the previous visit discussing day surgery processes and events. Plus I had arrived on the heels of Providence's admit pre screening for the surgery which was handled exceptionally well for the surgery parts. I was very well informed at the end of this day and happy.

Provider did a thorough job going preparing me for my upcoming surgery. She also gave good instructions both verbally and written for what to expect post surgery, and specific things to do and not do. Overall she was very experienced on the subject and answered all my questions.

My appointment covered requesting a review of potential surgery for an ongoing problem (not severe). I requested my regular Doctor on record but needed to be redirected to the surgeon. I thought the back office team, working with the front office, did a great job of handling the change up needed, and the information I needed, to get a surgery scheduled. I really feel like they went all out to make sure my objective in my visit went as I had wanted to go even though I had not booked the right type of appointment (my problem not the front office staff's issue). It was a very good experience overall.
