Everyone I spoke to was helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my treatment.

I appreciate how Lance didn't pull any punches. He was honest and upfront regarding the pain after surgery. So when I had a rough time pain wise I was prepared for it. I appreciate that he hasn't sugar coated it regarding my recovery and what to except.

Very caring and responsive team of medical providers. I trust them for my healthcare needs.

I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I have felt that Lance really listened to me and went out of his way to answer my questions and to prepare me for a follow up appointment and referral.

I've had both knee's replaced (right in 221) and (left in 2023). The last appointment was a follow up regarding BOTH Knee's with Lance Rivas, PA. He assisted Dr. Kilgore in both surgeries. Their Nurse/MA is wonderful and they ALL are a pleasure to have as my provider's for Orthopedics. FYI: this is the 2nd time I have filled out the survey & turned it in.

I did have to wait about a half hour to see Lance but he's a busy man. He's always professional, no-nonsense, cuts to the chase,.... And gives good advice. The only thing he might have told me is that I would have a 'kinked up' and sore knee from my Hyaluronic Acid injection that day...for 24 hours 'or so'. Thanks Lance!

This past appointment was for a 2 & 4 year follow up for a. The Left TKR [Date] 2023 and Right TKR from [Date] 2021. Love Dr. Kilgore & Lance Rivis, PA. I have recommended both of them & will continue to do so. I HAD to wait 3 1/2 year's and 4 Orthopedic Doctor's to finally get Both Dr. Kilgore & Lance Rivas, PA. They were the Right Office to get my Total Knees done!

It took 10 weeks to get the initial appointment after months of the referral being held up. But once it happened things were very smooth and efficient.

I have always received excellent care from the doctors and staff at the Orthopedic offices.

My hip replacement surgery was well-planned in detail. It was great having a team that knew what they were doing.

Office is busy but all staff an doctors are friendly and make care feel personal

Lance was clear about explaining the procedure to me. I am still wondering why it took almost a year to book apt for surgery when my Dr placed an "urgent referral" to the surgery center, nothing to do with Lance & his excellent care.

My experiences have been great. I might have to wait a few extra minutes, but for the most part they have been great. They fixed what was broken and I am in a lot less pain now. It was the best decision I have ever made. I am very thankful for my care providers.
