At my last visit on [Date] Dr. Kilgore was super attentive. It was my post-op visit. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure, how it went and the mechanics of the surgery. I was however disappointed in his response regarding the mobility limitations that I will face when I return to work after the summer break. At the time of my visit, school was only 6 weeks away and he stated that he would not put any limitations on my activities on the job. I have been attending physical therapy, as prescribed, and it is obvious that my ability to stand/walk is limited and a notice of those limitations should be assigned to me for when I return to work full time. Otherwise I could damage the good that has been done by the surgery.

Everyone was courteous and professional from the intake, the x-ray tech and the doctor.

I was an out of town patient (visiting in the area) who fx my ankle. I was seen in the ER at ST Joseph's hospital a few days before. Very good help there!Received all the treatment I needed to get me home at the medical group. Dr Kilgore really took care of me. Everyone was very professional and helpful!!

Dr. Kilgore was very forthcoming with treatment options. It wasn't necessarily what I had hoped for, but not totally unexpected. He was great about explaining everything. I'll definitely follow up with him in the future.

The consultation was mostly good but felt somewhat rushed. I felt I did not have enough time to ask questions.

Office staff & medical assistant we're pleasant & efficient. The provider was personable & seemed competent, but I felt somewhat rushed and did not get to ask all the questions I had at the time. I am also questioning why pre-hab and rehab post surgery seem to be low on the provider's list of priorities.

I feel like the provider was more focused on my weight rather than listening to me about my pain. I have been in seave pain for 7 months and still waiting to have my procedure done.

I was to check in at 9:50 for X-rays and did not happen, waited longer and then went in the room where she took all of her information and we waited longer and Dr Kilgore came in meet me and asked who are you replied my wife, he had a x ray in his hand that was three months old (not a new one) he then said that there was nothing wrong with my knee, said to go to PT, knee still hurts and I'll be going back to my PCP for future action I feel I was taking up his time

He was very thorough and was very concerned for my health and explained how the pain I am experiencing is not so much my hips but my back and what I need to do to see a back specialist. He was also very worried about the staghorn calculi in my left kidney and wanted to make sure I was treating soon. I assured him I had a urology appt in 2 days.
