This was an appointment for a fractured. This department is very efficient and friendly. I was well taken care of.

The care I have received has been inadequate, in my opinion . Along with being afflicted by two in hospital infections given to me while under care.

There was a mix up with ny appt. They called and had to change my date. I wrote the new date in my calendar as we spoke. Showed up on the date we discussed but they said it was the previous day. Thank goodness Carrie Ann has good ethics and still saw me. Not happy having to wait 1.5 hours for the clerk mistake on my appt.

Carrie Carrillo was very respectful of putting in referrals early enough so as to get an appointment as soon as I needed it.

Carrie and her team provided great care in removing my stitches from thumb surgery and putting my thumb/ lower arm in a hard cast. Top notch service and care!!

She listened and assured me and provided an injection (my mind was set before arriving, no injections) but she said she would use a spray to freeze the area and it would only take 3 seconds. Convinced me and she was right. Glad I received this survey so I could give her props!
