I am having a hip joint replacement in 2 weeks and in this meeting my care taker, my daughter, and my husband was present the meeting was to let us know what to expect prior to my surgery. Carrie was very knowledgeable answered my questions. She made me feel confident about the surgery and what to expect after and before.

I had a positive experience with Carrie. She is an expert in the field and shares her own wealth of knowledge generously. She answered every single question and went out of her way to track down any answers not at hand. She gave me a printed copy of all we covered, and was thoughtful to tell me in advance so I wouldn't have to take notes. She left me feeling well prepared for the procedure ahead.

Ms Carrillo was great she explained everything I asked pretty well, I was happy with that part the only part was the long wait they took me in yo remove the cast pretty fast X Rays took longer and to see the PA took a lot longer never had to wait that long other than that everything went well.

Professional approach

I've only been twice now and at both visits I was called back to see the doctor before I had a chance to sit down. The doctor came in within 5 minutes and spent the time needed to cover my questions. I just wish they were closer. The drive is tough on me.

Thorough explanations

Professional and kind. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. She made getting a Cortisone shot as pain free as possible.

Carrie not only treated my trigger finger but explained why it did not resolve after earlier treatment. She was able to show me the differences between my good hand and the problem one. Carrie explained how, if todays' treatment does not resolve the problem, what might be done in the future. She carefully explained exactly what would be done and assured me there was nothing to be concerned about with the procedure. Very knowledgeable, very patient and extremely kind. I have no worries about my hand/trigger finger in the future.
