Very informative and conscientious

Excellent care

I had a trigger finger release. There was quite a bit of. Information regarding post-op that I should have been given before I left the office. Also, there were items that I needed to care for my hand that weren't given to me until the procedure. It would have been most helpful if they had told me to get it before the procedure so that when I went home I was prepared. On this follow-up visit that I had with Carrie I had to ask questions to get the information that I needed. It was not offered. It would be most helpful if all of the post-op information was more thorough and in writing. Much of the post-op information I got verbally but not in writing

I am very happy with the services provided, other than the Annual Physicals are not what they used to be and sometimes they hurry you out.Having said that, I saw Carrie Carrillo from Dr. Forslund office and she was fantastic. Polite, answered all my questions patiently, wanted my feedback, took her time with me. I was very, very pleased with her. She was fantastic.

I had a positive experience with Carrie. She is an expert in the field and shares her own wealth of knowledge generously. She answered every single question and went out of her way to track down any answers not at hand. She gave me a printed copy of all we covered, and was thoughtful to tell me in advance so I wouldn't have to take notes. She left me feeling well prepared for the procedure ahead.
