Carrie and her team provided great care in removing my stitches from thumb surgery and putting my thumb/ lower arm in a hard cast. Top notch service and care!!

She listened and assured me and provided an injection (my mind was set before arriving, no injections) but she said she would use a spray to freeze the area and it would only take 3 seconds. Convinced me and she was right. Glad I received this survey so I could give her props!

I had a trigger finger release. There was quite a bit of. Information regarding post-op that I should have been given before I left the office. Also, there were items that I needed to care for my hand that weren't given to me until the procedure. It would have been most helpful if they had told me to get it before the procedure so that when I went home I was prepared. On this follow-up visit that I had with Carrie I had to ask questions to get the information that I needed. It was not offered. It would be most helpful if all of the post-op information was more thorough and in writing. Much of the post-op information I got verbally but not in writing

I am very happy with the services provided, other than the Annual Physicals are not what they used to be and sometimes they hurry you out.Having said that, I saw Carrie Carrillo from Dr. Forslund office and she was fantastic. Polite, answered all my questions patiently, wanted my feedback, took her time with me. I was very, very pleased with her. She was fantastic.
