Did not get adequate directions re: state of broken arm after cast removal. Did not get an adequate or timely response after several text requests for above information we asked for.

William Hall is one of the most compassionate, caring, and professional providers I've ever seen.

William's follow-up after my thumb surgery was very thorough. He is knowledgable and caring and answered my questions with clear explanations.

I received excellent surgery and post care to my "trigger finger" hand condition.

Mr Hall was willing to take time to answer my questions about my upcoming surgery. He remained very attentive to my questions about process.

I went to see William for my preop appointment for a ganglion cyst on my wrist. This was the second visit where William felt that surgery did not need to happen. He immediately ordered x-rays and set me up an appointment with Dr. Tam for the following day. Dr. Tam confirmed my wrist issues. Had nothing to do with the ganglion cyst, but had to do to a previous trauma. We informed me that I had broken my wrist 10 years ago. He explained that arthritis had sit in and that surgery was not necessary. He was awesome during that appointment but it was William who Took the time to listen to me understand my history and make a recommendation not to have surgery. Would've been very very easy for him to just pass me through the system.

My entire experience with every personnel was respectful and helpful.
