Tori took time to explain, in detail & with pictures, about my recent surgery, what was done, why it was done along with my up- coming surgery. I had some questions that she needed to speak to the doctor about & would get back to me the following morning, which she did! Amazing!!! She not only was delightful with a smile on her face, like she was my new best friend, happy to see me - very different from hospital & doctors offices are in todays medical world; to them it's a chore to be working, no smiling, very little eye contact, if any & no support or concern about you, the patient, who is hurting or scarf & certainly doesn't want to be at the office or hospital. Tori made me feel supported, welcome & safe!

Tori was excellent, informed and good at communicating with me. I do have to wait 3 months in order to get the vein testing done.... I wish the institute could provide more funding and employees to perform the vein tests so the wait was not that long.

She was outstanding. She had the answers right away and explained everything to me and that she was concerned and she wanted to me to follow up with a an appointment for a test right away so she could provide those results to the doctor that's in charge. She was very thorough about it and she treated me with very good kindness. I would highly recommend her and you are very lucky to have somebody like that in your office. [Name(s)]

I have been a patient of record in the vascular practice for over ten years. I had an appointment for a follow up made two years ago with Dr. Jicha but this was not in the system. I attempted to get an appointment but had to call two times before I received a return call. I was scheduled as a new patient. When I finally saw Tori Crawford, she thankfully had found my previous records and was informed of my history. She was excellent.

My experience is that my provider was very bright and knowledgeable and to the best of her ability tried to explain a very complicated and in my mind very serious issue/issues about my health. I believe I look smarter than I am and have no experience in this area of my healthcare. I believe that and I'm pleased that I was not talked down to, on the other hand I needed to be clearer on exactly what I was facing. I've been a ship at sea without any kind of an engine sail or rudder whatever for over a year and the truth is I feel abandoned This situation is nobody's fault. It's just the way it is and I don't have any answers for it that's up for you but as of today's date, I'm just not pleased at all. This has nothing to do with the skill and courtesy shown on the other hand. I'm just a drift.

I have Several health issues going On and after Talking to Her she Took The Time to address all of them

I have a disease which is still being diagnosed. I have also had to change my RX multiple times due to reactions to the drug. I was not able to get an appt with Dr. Pezold and was scheduled with a nurse practitioner; Tori Crawford. She was an excellent practitioner, reviewed my concerns with/ Dr. Pezold and called me later that day to address my concern and advise that a CT Scan was ordered.

Tory was great. The staff is great. Felt like Dr Pezold might have too many clients and didn't have time to really engage with me. Appointments with him felt rushed every time. But not with Tory, I was able to communicate with Tory and felt heard and received helpful, informative answers to my questions.
