I felt the professionalism of Doctor Shaw can be more personal it just seems as if you wanted to look at the X-ray and leave not feeling the same concerns that I do about the surgery and the outcome

I hadn't seen Dr. Shah in over a year and when I saw him at my appointment he remembered me without looking at my chart. Most doctors these days don't remember their patients without looking at their charts. Being a senior and treated with a certain amount of dismissiveness by other doctors, I was treated with the utmost respect & kindness by Dr. Shah.

Dr. Shah is amazing. He was the surgeon who did my my hip replacement and now Is guiding me through how to improve my knee comfort. Dr. Shah referred me to Physical therapy and I have had fantastic results. Very happy with the care I have received from Dr. Shah and his office.

Dr. Shah showed me the x-ray of my hip. He explained that that it could break at any time. He said that he could give me a shot, but if my hip got worse, we might have to wait until the shot wore off. This made it very easy to decide that I wanted the surgery soon. I admire his skill with bones and with patients; it's a good combination.

Good experience - Dr. Shah expressed what he thought was important for me to emphasize on my hip replacement recovery, "focus on walking" and was also very open minded by allowing me to use the approach I thought would be best from my personal experience. I have had recurring set-backs with PT and exercises leading to severe leg pain. With no forced PT or exercise routine, I had the freedom to explore different approaches to healing with Dr Shah's "hands off" approach. I looked into Yoga (who knows better how to move than a Yoga expert?) But after a one hour private lesson I was referred to a Myaphascia Release Specialist. This turned out to be a fantastic breakthrough. The recurring severe pain down my leg had been eliminated with several Myaphascia Release sessions, allowing me to work on much needed walking skills (balance and endurance). I have found, additional exercises, although thought to be good for my condition, actually caused the severe nerve pain in my leg to return, very fortunately it can be remedied through Myaphascia Release session(s). Thanks to Dr. Shah's open minded approach with the patient having freedom to do what is best for them, I believe it has allowed me to try what has been an Important breakthrough In my recovery.

Dr. Recommended a cortisone shot in my knee. It was east and pain-free.

I asked to see this provider for a second opinion. His diagnosis was what I would hoped it would be as opposed to the first provider that I went to for orthopedic care. I am very grateful for what he has helped me with in the past three months And will continue to go back until all is well.

Dr. Shah is fantastic. I've had debilitating knee pain for 35 years. My knee replacement surgery went smoothly. Better than I expected. I would have done it years ago if I would have met him sooner! He has given me my former lifestyle back even though I am now 67 years old. However, I won't be running any more marathons! I'm so grateful and will (and have) recommend him to anyone who is still undecided about this surgery.

Dr. Sha is a very gentle man. This was my3rd time seeing him and I am completely convinced that he is a great surgeon. He always answers to all of my questions in a way I can understand and I appreciate it so much! I feel confident and comfortable every time I see him. These two factors are very important for me if I am considering going into surgery under his care.

Dr. Shah was excellent. Spoke in plain English (not medical jargon) in a way that was clear and comforting. Gave me importantn information about my meniscus tear, gave me a shot of cortisone that relieved the pain almost immediately, and advised me on how to care for it over the coming days. A+ all around.

The service and experience is always comfortable and pleasant. The only thing that I dislike is the time it takes to be seen. But I understand things happen and sometimes it is not possible to be seen in a timely manner. Even though sometimes it takes longer than I would like., my visit is worth the wait.
