This medical office is well run, efficient, and professional. Each individual knows his/her job description, The physician I had the appointment with, Dr.Rana, showed me respect and concern for my orthopedic complaint. He presented his surgical approach to correct,within reason, my knee issues. He was direct and forthcoming with his knowledge allowing me time to express any concerns. I was completely as ease with Dr. Rana.

I was the last patient of the day. The doc seemed a little irritated at times. I'm going to say he was tired, but aren't we all at the end of a long work day...

Dr. Rana is an excellent surgeon who cares for me and his patients with calm concern and respect for my and their needs. He explains procedures throughly and always responds to My Chart questions usually the same day. He is particularly patient with me as I always have some unexpected minor consequences to surgery.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rana. I had my right hip replaced and was very nervous and scared about the whole process. I was given very detailed information on what was going to be done and what to expect afterwards. All the equipment I needed was ordered and sent to my home. The first day or two I had some pain around a 5-7 but was minimal after that. They arranged for PT at home for the first few weeks then on to a PT center. This was my first major surgery and I'm extremely pleased with Dr. Rana and my follow-up appointments.

Quick to jump to a conclusion to replace knee

Dr. Rana has been the best surgeon I've had. He did my hip surgery and my knee surgery. If I would have to do it again I would definitely choose Dr rana

Dr. Rana is one of the best surgeons I know. He was my surgeon in 2019 for my total right knee replacement, and now he takes care of my right hip. The best knowledge, practical experience, and ability to explain all possible aspects of surgery are the hallmarks of Dr. Rana. Plus, he is a very warm and positive person himself.

When I answered the questions about the doctor listened to me or answered my questions, I was tempted to say no, but felt it would be unfair without context. He talked at me more than anything. But since I was taught that surgeons are abrupt by nature, I let it slide. I also waited over an hour from the time of my appt to be seen and not one staff member checked in to let me know how much longer it would be. Overall, I'm unimpressed by experience, but he's highly rated and I need this surgery.
