Great experience for me with both the orthopedic doctor and his staff. I really got to know the PA well since I saw him every post-op visit. I really liked how they were able to listen to me if I had any questions for them. They would always respond back to me with answers. I couldn't be happier with my results from my 2nd meniscus repair surgery.

Jon is simply awesome. Competent, experienced, so very knowledgeable , patient & makes me feel heard, listens carefully to all my questions and concerns. He responds in a compassionate, respectful and understandable manner.

Jon has been extremely helpful during my recovery from surgery. He answered my questions post surgery in the hospital, and via the portal and on the phone after I got home. He responds quickly to messages. During my visit to his office he was very thorough about how I was doing and what I could expect in the upcoming weeks. He was very helpful and kind.

PA Jon was great. He answered all my questions ( and I had a lot of questions) I didn't feel rushed and he listened to my concerns.

I had my 2nd meniscus repair surgery on my right knee about 4 months ago and I have been really pleased with my progress and the staff who have looked after me during these long months of recovery. If I ever have any questions about something they usually respond within a day if I ask on the patient portal but they usually have an answer if I have any questions regarding my healing process right away. They take the time to listen to me. I'm really pleased with the hard work and effort these doctors have in their patients.

It is very challenging to get appointments in a reasonable time frame. The physicians and their staff are great when you do get an appointment to see them.

I went to see Jon for a 10 day post-op checkup and he was able to answer all the questions I had. He even showed me the arthroscopy pictures of my knee. He said things were looking good. I just have to be patient! Tough to be patient sometimes, especially since I am athletic. I'm already itching to go do things but I have to slow down and really let my knee heal before doing things I love again.

I appreciated Jon's thoughtful answers to my post surgery questions. And I especially am grateful for the prescription that helped me sleep better.

Jon Onosaki is is an outstanding medical professional. He is responsive when I have issues outside of normal appointment times. When I am in his office, I feel like he genuinely cares about my health issues and is empathetic. His questions are poignant to best understand my health issues.
