Good bedside manner, informative, gave choices and carried out plan

Dr. Anderson set my wrist a year ago, 6mos before that, set me up with PT for a shoulder injury, He has always been professional and easy to understand, was glad he could see me for this trigger finger issue

Dr. Anderson listened to my physical complaint and history of it, asked pertinent questions, did a physical exam of the affected area, described his diagnosis and recommended plan, starting with the least invasive method of treatment, which may be all that's needed. Those are exactly the step by step actions I expect and want at an appointment, and I thank him.

Excellent care, and already having relief from pain.

Dr. Matthew Anderson was the best, particularly in reviewing my long-term past Orthopedic, and neurological issues and treatment. He reviewed half of physiology of old carpal tunnel problems, which ever occurred, a new elbow, nerve problem, and explained priorities for surgery. He also reviewed my L/S issues From childhood to current mobility, Lower extremity numbness and need for referral to a neurosurgeon. He also listed Sx for going to ER

Dr Anderson was amazing - he truly listened to me and examined me as whole person. Then we choose lest traumatic course of action.

Dr. Anderson was prompt, interested, informative, and encouraging. Although, as with most orthopedic problems, there are few instant or total solutions, he outlined my situation clearly and explained my options. I would defintely recommend him to others.

We met Dr Matthew Anderson in the ER at St Joe's. My sister had fallen in her apartment. She has NO feeling in her legs and feet. She waited 2 weeks to tell me she had fallen.Dr Anderson was called in as a consultant. He was very concerned, but since my sister was a high risk patient for surgery, she also has epilepsy, he was very careful in what he should do. Since My sister could not tell him that she was in pain, with no feeling, so we waited. Dr Amderson is a very professional, caring Doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Anderson is professional and has a cool character. He was honest with us about his mistakes he made and apologized. We Respect and appreciate him a lot for his honesty

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Matt Anderson. He does everything you could ask a care provider to do: asks questions, listens, explains information carefully and thoroughly, shows concern and respect, doesn't make you feel rushed, follows up personally on test results. I feel very lucky to have him as part of the St. Joseph's team and I have recommended him highly to numerous friends and neighbors.

Dr Anderson was thorough in explanations of my progress and the length of time for future healing.I had confidence with his care.

This was the first time I met Dr. Anderson (acute shoulder injuries). I was able to get in for a visit fairly quickly, and he spent the right amount of time with me, thoroughly explaining my injuries and outlining a treatment plan. I felt he answered my questions well. Apparently, he had even reviewed my medical records prior to seeing me, as he knew what my A1C level was prior to administering steroids. That is not always the case!!! I feel confident that I will get the right treatment from Dr. Anderson.

I was able to get an appointment within a week of inquiring. The provide, Dr. Matthew Anderson, ordered x-rays of my hip to be done prior to my visit with him. The x-rays involved a wait of at least 30 minutes, after which Dr. Andersoon saw me quickly; however, the x-rays were still not ready until my visit with Dr. Anderson was at least half done. Dr. Anderson was both interested and informative. Although I did not receive any easy answers regarding my chronically sore and probably inflamed right hip, I was pleased with Dr. Anderson's care and would recommend him to others with orthopedic problems. The long wait prior to the x-rays, however, needs to be corrected.
