About David S. Putnam
Dr. David Putnam is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction, with a clinical focus on hip and knee replacement. He also has a strong interest in general orthopedic trauma and fracture care, providing comprehensive treatment across a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Putnam completed medical school, an orthopedic surgery residency, and an adult reconstruction fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU).
Dr. Putnam has extensive experience in both primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, including the management of complex cases such as periprosthetic fractures and prosthetic joint infections. He gave me excellent information, it just wasn't the information that I wanted to hear.

Only in my stay in the hospital with all respect I want to receive over the nurses who do their job as it should be, but I had a bad moment or two at lunch it took many hours to receive my dinner or breakfast. And as I said with all respect because I appreciate and value the work of nurses but sometimes I felt little interest on the part of one or the other. But hey, 80% of everything else, I have no complaints and I'm more than grateful for having been a lucky passenger, thank you very much for everything PROVIDENCE!!
