About Courtney H. Cowden
Courtney Cowden III, MD joined Covenant Medical Group in July of 2016 as a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Cowden received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed his residency at the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He completed his fellowship in sports medicine and also offers the latest in orthopedic care for arthroscopy, degenerative joint disease and fracture care of all ages. Native Texans, Dr. Cowden and his wife Susan were born and raised in Midland, Texas, and are proud to call West Texas their home.
