Great doctor and staff, it was a pleasure coming in.

Once in the office the care was outstanding! From the time I entered the office to the time I was back in my vehicle was 20 minutes and I received 2 gel injections in my knees. It was phenomenal patient care!! However, getting someone to answer in the patient portal or schedule an appointment by phone was extremely frustrating.

Dr. Dutton is exactly the surgeon a patient wants and needs for a successful outcome. His primary focus is on the surgery, but not to the exclusion of excellent patient care and engagement. That being said, he has a great team with Ara, his PA; and others who can provide the additional one on one attention to matters of pre and post op preparation and recovery that gives you a sense of confidence and respect. I cannot compliment this practice more highly.

Everything is progressing as expected after total knee replacement. Going well, but I have a long way to go.

Dr. Dutton administered a second cortisone shot in my left shoulder. He administered the first shot in October 2025.Both shots were fast and painless. He answered all my questions.

Dr Dutton was very good humored and gave me excellent explanations of my hip condition, need to treat, and treatment options.

Dr Dutton was very helpful explaining the x-rays and how the problem was very slow progressing and that I should contact him when the condition became painful and he would give me a silicone injection to see if that helps and when it unbearable painful then it would be time for joint replacement

I think he listened to me and gave me thoughtful responses and plan to moving forward.

I felt the doctor was giving me a cursory visit as I wasn't his original patient. He gave short answers to my questions, and gave little I didn't ask directly. I went with unanswered questions because he left the room without even asking if I had any questions and before I knew the appointment was over.He introduced himself but didn't greet us by name or introduce himself to my spouse. All other doctors have greeted us by name and introduced themselves to my spouse. I was surprised.

The office people are fine when asking for info, when I needed info or the promised call when my paperwork was ready, they were non existent. No answers the phones, they point at someone else not me for ownership of responsibilities. Dr. And surgery pre and post op staff were great. Office / admin staff were useless.

They both listen to what I have to say & gives me answers that I can understand.
