This was a post-op appt after hip replacement surgery. Austin was great answering all my questions regarding the actual surgery & follow-up care & restrictions. Very personable & friendly. The nurse who assisted at the start of my appt was also helpful & friendly.

Advised me extremely well about rested the knee for several days after cortisone shot and gave me a through explanation of the injury and different levels of treatment. He advised me about the course of treatment options I have if the shot didn't relieve the pain in my knee. The shot has proven very effective for the first month or so and I hope it relieves the pain for a long time.

This Appointment was My first post knee replacement surgery check. I did not see the Doctor Who performed the surgery, but the PA instead so some of the questions you ask for a challenge because I hadn't dealt with this particular person before. Austin was nice attentive and professional.

Austin Layne has remarkable patient care skills. He is attentive, makes eye contact, takes time to understand and provide information. He cared for my husband during his total knee and has been caring for me for meniscus tear issues. An all around excellent care from a true professional.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Layne. Being in recovery from a pasf herion addiction, meeting new doctors due to physical pain I am experiencing, can be very challenging. The amount of times I have left a Dr's office feeling judged & talked down to is astonishing to me. Dr. Layne never once made me feel judged , he listened to everything I was saying, and treated me with the upmost respect. This encounter made my situation alot easier.
