It was my first time seeing this Dr I had 2 falls In one month and Injured my shoulder. He seemed to have genuine concern for my physical well being..he ordered a CT scan and I was contacted by inland imaging the very next day. Impressive ... However it took me over 3 days to finally connect with inland imaging to make the appointment. But that's another matter
