I believe that Alison conducted a thorough assessment of my problem. She seemed experienced and knowledgeable in her specialty. I was satisfied with the treatment plan, which is why I scheduled the appointment.This is the third satisfaction survey for this appointment. I am completing it again because I want Alison to be credited, but I feel this is excessive on Providence's part.

Alison Dunn was very professional and sloven my nasal breathing issues.

Visit at ENT was frustrating. Provider kept explaining things in medical terms. I kept having to ask what that is.

It is hard to explain how much I depend on this provider for my ENT care. She is incredible.

Very good visit. Provider was friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to all my concerns and provided great feedback and information. Exam was very thorough. The only reason I scored appointment scheduling poorly was because I was considered a new patient, had to get a hearing test, yada, yada. I was assured this would not be the case for upcoming appointments.

I have small ear canals that require cleaning. Alison has cleaned my ears for 14 years. She has the most knowledge about my ear care. The staff at times may find my temperament trying when it comes time to fill out the same paper work every time. The last few appointments have been very good. Thanks to Alison and all the staff for taking care of my needs.

I was very satisfied with my visit to the ENT office. However, I was not pleased with how long it took to get the referral approved. The first approval from my primary care provider was denied, but fortunately the Allergy office took my referall, and then referred me to ENT. I had been having severe vertigo, and it was ultimately the ENT who was able to help me - after five months! No one should have to suffer from vertigo for five months before being seen by the specialist who can help.

Ms. Dunn's care was exceptionally thorough, and she fully understood my ENT history, and had solutions! Cleaning my ears was hugely beneficial, and improved both my hearing, and my ear and head pressure. Ms. Dunn understood the difficulty and expense of utilizing St. Joe's imaging, therefore referred me out of area.
