Dr. Paulson did a minor surgery on my ear at the hospital. She saw me pre-op and explained everything to me. She left me a detailed instructions about the procedure and follow-up care.The doctor called me personally at home several days later to let me know the biopsy was okay and to check on my healing. Came into the office to have stitches removed and she was great. Very impressed with her.

This Dr is the most knowledgeable Specialty Dr that I have ever seen. Dr Paulson knows her stuff. Every time that results came back from my scans or tests, she would call me herself right when she got the results to tell me the results. She got me in right away for surgery and would call me up afterwards to ask how I was doing. No other Dr or Specialty Dr has done that before. Thank you Dr Pauson!

Dr Paulson is a great Physician! She ordered all the scans that were necessary, unlike my Primary Dr, to determine my diagnosis. I got in quickly to get the Biopsy, and a few weeks later, I was scheduled for my surgery. My Primary told me it was nothing. Thank you Dr Paulson!

Dr Paulson and staff were considerate and professional. Check in went smoothly. The blood pressure unit did not seem to be working correctly as the MA had to try 3 or 4 times to get a reasonable reading. Dr. Paulson was very thorough with her exam and explanation of my symptoms. She gave me options for treatment and explained the pros and cons of each option. It was a good appointment and well worth my time.

Pleasant and informative visit

The office staff did not relate to me in any human, individual way. Indeed they seemed intent only upon doing their job, which does not include human interaction. In contrast, Dr. Paulson is an absolute gem. She listened, explained my condition in great detail, and checked for final pathology results just before entering the room ( they were not yet in). Later that afternoon she sent me a My Chart message that the results were available and reiterated her professional opinion and assessment of them. The message was as personalized as I would expect from my interactions with her, including addressing me by my preferred name and signing with her first name. This experience almost makes me hope I have more ENT problems in the future!

She was very professional and explained things to me in a way I could understand

Dr. Paulson is stellar. She saw that the famous Providence system was going to make me wait 2 MONTHS to be seen in order to remove a skin cancer that my dermatologist did not want to try. Dr. Paulson saw this and had me come in within the week, so I am please with her. Not so much with the Provident system. I am not sure if my message to my primary provider on MyChatt helped this process or if it was not needed, but my primary physician ( Dr. Cataldo) was aware of the appointment being advanced and messaged me such. He too is superior at reading and responding to his patients.

Dr Paulsen gave me excellent care, she communicated my results after my successful surgery she performed. All appts were perfectly timed. I'm grateful to her!
