The Provider was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me on my first visit. I was very impressed with the level of detail she wrote up and uploaded to MyChart about the visit.

I was referred to Providence ENT department for an appointment for a recurring earache but had no prior experience with Providence prior to that appointment. It took a while to get the appointment but that is par for the course for Humboldt County.

Listened to my concerns

This was a well run office with excellent care from start to finish, including a visit from the Doctor who aided in the treatment and diagnosis.

Alison Dunn NPC was my provider for a follow-up to remove stitches and stints after my septoplasty. She was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and answered my questions. The only thing I would change about the visit was that she warned me/communicated about the procedure (what to expect) as she removed the stints and stitches. For example, I would have liked If she said "I'll be using this tool to remove your stitches; you may feel a bit of discomfort, but It won't be for long." Just a little warning and direct communication about the minor procedure would have made me feel a bit more at ease. Otherwise, I thought she was skilled, did her job well, and she was personable. I would recommend her.

This Dr. Replaced the Dr. Whom did my surgery. My original Dr. Left the area. This Dr. Knew about my procedure, answered questions and was very knowledgeable.

Great doctor very thorough, she took her time to explain everything. I got to see her scope in real time, looking at my nostrils and throat areas. It was very educational also. I was given information to take home and advice that would be helpful from the doctor. The doctor made some small suggestions which I followed, it made perfect since with some big results. I'm very pleased with the outcome!
