Doctor Hunter is great. I am completely satisfied with my experience with him. His staff could use some training on how to schedule appointments and return phone calls. The eureka office in particular. If it weren't for me having to call daily, I probably would not have gotten my visits in a timely manner because they never returned my calls.

This doctor and his staff are always so nice and friendly to me when I either call or see them. Please let them know that I am very appreciative of their kindness and great service to the community

Dr hunter was wonderful. I'm thrilled to have him on my medical team. I have a better understanding of my hearing issue now. He will be monitoring my condition as time goes on. He's kind and very knowledgeable.

The reasons for the issues with my right ear were STILL NOT established. SOMETHING is causing the symptoms in my right ear. What? Sticking a scope in my ear and throat and saying " it looks healthy in there" seems to be a limited effort reach a diagnosis.

This was a first contact with specialist to help with long-standing chronic problem. He seemed knowledgeble and willing to work with me to resolve things.

There should be NO repercussions from this survey to the doctors satisfaction score as this survey is mostly irrelevant to my visit with an ENT specialist. Dr. Hunter Is very knowledgeable and well read on ENT matters and as I have a long history of problems with my Ear health he was refreshing to be with and very helpful and encouraging about resolving my Issues. The question of referring this or any doctor to anyone is absurd...I doubt I will ever have occasion to be asked about this.

I have special hearing problems and Dr Hunter was very good at listening to what I had to say. This was a positive experience.

The office rescheduled and moved offices on me more than once however after filing a grievance, the manager was able to give me a reasonable resolution. Dr Hunter and his team are top notch. The clerical and medical staff are efficient and courteous. Dr Hunter is an excellent practitioner very knowledgeable in his field easy to talk to and I can't recommend him highly enough. I feel very fortunate to have him as part of my care team.

This doctor was amazing. He patiently listened to every word I said and believed me even when my test results seemed to show otherwise. He offered solutions to my symptoms that no other doctor ever suggested. They all immediately pushed me for surgery. Even though he didn't write/type anything down during my appointment, when I read his notes after my appointment, he'd remembered every word I'd said and recorded it accurately. Unbelievable. So worth the months' long wait to get in, even though I'd been to that practice before.

Visit with this provider was excellent. Due to staffing shortage there was a long wait time for me to get this appointment.
