The staff are nice and friendly and very accommodating because I was a little bit late on my appointment because of the traffic so I called them that I'm gonna be late a little bit and they said it's fine. Dr. Voekler is exceptional. I am fortunate to have been referred to her. She is knowledgeable about all nuances of treatment and reassuring with her honesty. From the moment she entered the room, she put me at ease by delivering a warm greeting and pulling up a stool to sit at my eye level. She was patient in interpreting my MRI, explaining my condition, listening to my concerns and answering my specific questions. Thanks to her proven skills and, equally important, her ability to communicate clearly with compassion, I feel confident I will receive the best care even if surgery and significant rehabilitation are required.

I have been in a 3 year pursuit of trying to figure out what is wrong with my ear. This would be my third doctor. The previous two doctors were great but I didn't have answers and I am still dealing with an ear that sounds like it's under water. The second doctor ruled out CSF, which is great but again no solution. Dr. Voelker was WONDERFUL...She was listening to understand the journey and full story vs what I had experienced before with the previous doctors. After my visit with Dr. Voelker, I felt like finally someone who isn't trying to wait for me to finish sharing the nuances I have encountered only to tell me they see this all the time and ultimately have no solutions. She was absolutely wonderful!

Doctor was so thorough and thoughtful. She thought about the underlying issue. She noticed discrepancies between historical tests in my file and what she was actually witnessing. So she ordered a new version of an old test. The results were very different and that really changed the way we are treating my issue. I am VERY grateful to work with Dr. V...her patience and attention spared me an unnecessary surgery.
