This was my first appt with Dr. Yong. He immediately grasped by condition. Imaged it and shared the images on a screen with me. The best part in addition to diagnosing my problem was how he communicated with me. He treated me like a partner. He explained the cause of the physical change in my body causing the problem. He gave me a short and a longer-term solution. So far, the short team solution is helping. I will decide in a few months about embracing the alternative. He is an amazing doctor.

Professional And effective

I was very pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment within a few days. Dr. Yong's assistant was very friendly and pleasant and so was the front office. And, I really liked Dr. Yong. Even though he wore a mask I could see that he was smiling, very friendly. He listened, answered my questions and concerns. I already recommended him to my husband and 2 of my friends.

I was told he would be late because he had left the building to help a surgical patient, and that he would return in 15 minutes. He did. I liked that.

I was so impressed and extremely grateful to see Dr. Yong within 45 minutes of my call to the office, and it was on Presidents' Day when I thought the office might even be closed. So happy he was able to see me right away and the staff was excellent in setting up the appointment. Thank you so much!

I found Dr. Yang's staff to be courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. And Doctor Yang to be a great listener, very gentle during the routine procedure as well as the test, and was even willing to do an additional test that I had not scheduled due to a concern I had to an unrelated issue.
