Dr. Avitia has been treating my ear problem. She listens and ask me if I will be taking a trip to mountains or flying. She has me on a list of items to do in these situations so I won't have to go to walk ins when on a trip. She is a very kind and through Ear Doctor.

Dr. Avitia seemed knowledgeable but rushed through the appointment. It was a very quick exam. I think she can do better to explain more and have more of a friendly and approachable demeanor. This was my first appointment with her but my daughter had an appointment with her last year and my experience then was the same.
