She is an exceptional PA who listens and is gentle and caring.

This provider has cleaned my ears twice now and in all my years of having cleanings, nobody has done as good a job as Carmen, not one ENT doctor I've see, and I've gone to many has done half a good a job as Carmen.. She is exceptional. She takes care and does the most thorough, professional job I have ever had.

Olivia Doyle is one of the best health care providers I've seen. I felt so comfortable and so at ease in her care. I felt so relaxed and I hate visiting doctor offices. She made my ear cleaning visit so pleasant. I really look forward to it!

Olivia Doyle answered each question I had and immediately saw what the problem was in my ears. She removed wax with great care and prescribed the medicine needed to care for my ears and was exacting the details regarding how to apply it. I'm not sure why my insurance could not pay for the medicine.
