Ms.Doyle, PA was incredible. Identified the problem immediately regarding the wax in both ears. She took care of both ears until all wax was removed and my hearing was restored. She was kind and put me at ease as soon as she walked through the examining room door.

I presented an unusually painful case of earwax blockage - the literature seems to say at worst it is 'uncomfortable' to remove it. It took 2 days, the first of which had me making disturbing noises during the process and nervously asking way too many questions. In the end, because she is such a good practitioner, we agreed on a plan and a return visit. At that time the process proceeded normally. I can't recommend her enough!
