For ear consultation Dr Ference has been great. In addition to helping with my excessive ear wax and setting me up with a hearing test, (on my first visit earlier this year) I happened to have an allergic reaction and she advised me to see an allergist right away, which turned out to be the exact correct thing to do, so that was also VERY helpful. She also remembered to ask how that had gone (I suppose she'd noted that in my records during my original visit. Anyway, she's great, great experience.

I had a bad experience in December with another ENT and it was really discouraging. But my experience with Dr. Ference was perfect! She listened to me, believed me, paid attention to detail, explained well, and she had a positive but realistic approach to her care. I left feeling good in every way. I like that she prepared me for what the test results mean and also explained that my throat would look bad for a few days. She obviously cared about my mental health while I wait for a somewhat scary biopsy result, and that's really important to me! A+++ for Dr. Ference, thank you!

I felt rushed, and that what I had to say didn't matter. The provider basically made no eyecontact with me. She cleaned my ears, but I could tell she wanted to get me out as soon as possible. She provided very little input. I would not recommend the provider. I've been with Facey for almost 25 years and patients deserve to be listened to. I pay big premiums and my co-pay, yet the experience was not good.
