I wish this provider had explain further about the condition I was having. Ask questions or concerns I had. I felt that this provider was in a rush to leave the room.

Dr. Ference is knowledgeable and articulate. She entered the exam room familiar with my medical history and together we developed a plan to maintain my health over the next year, as last year I had persistent problems with my ears and sinuses. I have confidence that next year will be better.

Dr. Ference has always been professional, kind, caring, compassionate, and thorough. Her approach to patient care is exceptional.

At age 73 I have had many different providers in my life! Facey is and has been FAR and AWAY the BEST, most CONSISTANT group of Doctor's and specialist I have EVER HAD!!!!!!

Elisabeth Ference is the best. She is great, in every respect. She should be recognized and rewarded in every possible way. But it's hard to work through the phone tree, get a live staff person on the phone, and get an appointment when it's really needed. Dr. Ference is so good and so attentive, she is willing to set appointments quickly, with direct and prompt texts. That is what really happens. I am so grateful to her for her willingness to do that for me.

She looked for more ways and resources to help me to improve my health.

I felt rushed, and that what I had to say didn't matter. The provider basically made no eyecontact with me. She cleaned my ears, but I could tell she wanted to get me out as soon as possible. She provided very little input. I would not recommend the provider. I've been with Facey for almost 25 years and patients deserve to be listened to. I pay big premiums and my co-pay, yet the experience was not good.

Very good and on top of my treatment

Ddr. Ference has a wonderful bedside manner, and she is definitely at the top of her game. She was very attentive and listened to what I had to say, and factored that in to her diagnosis. Her explanations regarding my condition, and any procedures, were understandable, and very clear-cut.

Really like how Dr Ference listens and does not seem to rush you! She looked at my CT scan of my sinus area and explained the surgery option but did not push it al all cuz she said it really was not needed as it may or may not fix my issue. So she listens, does not rush thru an appointment and does not push unnecessary procedures!

Excellent care!

For ear consultation Dr Ference has been great. In addition to helping with my excessive ear wax and setting me up with a hearing test, (on my first visit earlier this year) I happened to have an allergic reaction and she advised me to see an allergist right away, which turned out to be the exact correct thing to do, so that was also VERY helpful. She also remembered to ask how that had gone (I suppose she'd noted that in my records during my original visit. Anyway, she's great, great experience.
